Dear Zalora:

I love you because of all the things I can buy on your site.

I hate you precisely because of all the things I can buy on your site.

I love you because it is so easy to purchase items on your site.

I hate you because you make it so easy for me that I can’t control myself.

I love you because my purchases are delivered faster than I expect them and are always in good condition.

I hate you because I know that if I wanted to shop for something, I could just order from you instead of going out because it’s faster, whereas if I were at a mall I know I could actually still change my mind. 

I love you because of your Wishlist feature.

I hate you because that Wishlist feature reminds me of things I want that I am trying so hard not to buy.

I love you because even something as simple as flip-flops are on your site.

I hate you because…OMG, all I needed were flip-flops and I end up buying more than that?

But seriously Zalora, you’re a site that enjoy shopping on. I need more self-control when I’m on your site (and app, you just make it too easy) but other than that it is a pleasant experience every time.

One suggestion though: could you schedule your deliveries in such a way that all my purchased items arrive at the same time? It seems that when I buy items and they come from different suppliers, they arrive according to the time that the supplier ships them. So if I bought three items from three different suppliers, they get shipped on three different dates. I feel bad for the delivery people who come all the way to my neck of the woods sometimes on a daily basis just because each item is delivered separately to the point where they joke to my sister: “Ako uli!” (It’s me again!).

It’s not just about the delivery person (after all I do pay for delivery sometimes) but about the environmental significance of travel to the same place that much when it can be done all at once. Just a suggestion. You might want to take that into consideration.

Oh, and if you could have more casual outfits and a wider (more fashionable) selection for Plus-Size women like me, I would really appreciate it!
