I’ve tried so many types of workouts in the past ten years. I’ve tried dance, yoga, pilates, aerobics, hip hop abs, taebo, 30 Day Shred…the list goes on and on. All these workouts have been, thankfully, good for me in the sense that they all helped me lose weight but I just couldn’t stick to any of them for long. I guess I get bored easily and end up stopping my workouts altogether. The one method that I enjoyed doing the most though would have to be yoga. Unfortunately it’s not something that can really make you lose weight as fast as the other workouts so I was hoping to find something similar to yoga that would be more effective. It’s not easy to find a good workout that can help me achieve my goals and not be too stressful or straining for me. I’ve been hoping to find something that won’t make me bored of it too fast and would be effective.
I heard about Physique 57 from the promotional material on newspapers about the Plana Forma classes in Manila and I looked it up. I’ve read that many celebrities are using it to firm up better with a combination of pilates, yoga and dance and I think that’s exactly the kind of workout I’m looking for.
Unfortunately, I can’t take Plana Forma because it’s in Manila and way too far. I’ve been trying to get a copy of the Physique 57 workout DVDs but I haven’t found any in the malls. Does anyone know where I can find these DVDs? Are there any other equipment that I’d need to do the workouts on these videos? I’d really like to know from anyone familiar with this. Help!
