…I bought this contraption from Sports House.

If you know me personally, you’d say “Uh-oh, here we go again…” because I try these infomercial thingies every now and then.  I tried the vibrabelt (didn’t work), the sauna belt (almost burned my skin) and Timeworks (which made my heart palpitate so much in less than 4 minutes that I had to give it up).  

I actually bought the Ab Rocket at Sports House because it was a couple thousand pesos less than what they advertise on TV.  I’ve been thinking of buying it for some time now because I think it would help lessen the strain on my back when I do Pilates mat work (and it would be something nice to do when I’m on couch potato mode during the weekends).
