Clare Henney: I Need a Little Help Here Smart!
Our net speed sucks right now. It really, really sucks.
It all started during the typhoons that kicked in last month. After all the wind and rain our internet connection at home started to slow down and often dropped altogether. At first we figured that it was due to the weather but now that it hasn’t been that way for a couple of weeks I’m starting to think that there is something wrong with our service. I remember asking the person at the Smart business center about the difference between the service I have now (P999) to the other one (P799). I was told that the lower-priced one had slower speeds…now that I think about it I should be paying for that considering the kind of speeds I’ve been getting this past month. So far I’ve reported this to Smart via Twitter and via their business center but as of today, I have not heard from them on what needs to be done to improve my service. My family and I are currently at the mercy of the really slow (and sometimes non-existent) service we have lately. I’ve been using Smart for our internet service since 2007. Apart from signal issues from time to time due to typhoons, we haven’t had any major problems with it. I just hope that Smart can get back to me on this soon because internet access is very important for me and my family at home. Anyone from Smart reading this? Help!!!
