We accept payments with Paypal and all credit cards accepted by Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).


We ship with the Spanish Postal service. Items that are pre-made and available in stock will be shipped within 3 days of receiving the order, from Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm (CET), and saturdays between 9am and 14pm (CET). For items that are made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipment. Made to order products will be noted as such on product pages.

All packages will be sent with a tracking number and certified, which will be provided to you by email. Once the package is shipped, Ada Blackjack will not track shipments. Tracking is the customer´s responsibility. Other than the tracking number that is provided to you, we do not have access to any further information on the location and status of your package.

Estimated arrival dates:
Spain: 3 to 4 days
Europe: within 7 days
Outside of Europe: 10 to 30 days

Shipping fees are based on weight of the products and the destination address. You will be notified of the shipping costs before the final checkout and will be able to stop the purchase if you do not wish to continue with the checkout process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be incurred by shipments outside of the European Union. Make sure to provide a correct shipping address when purchasing at www.adablackjackgoods.com.


In case your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us right away at hello@adablackjackgoods.com so we're able to file a complaint with the carrier.


We hope that this will not happen, but in case you're not happy with one of our products or regret your purchase, we will issue a refund for the price of the item you bought.

You can also choose to exchange your item for a different product. If the chosen new product has a higher price, we will contact you to proceed with payment by sending you a Paypal invoice by email. All you need to do is notify us within 15 days of receiving the item by sending an email to hello@adablackjackgoods.com.

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted. You will also need to return the product in perfect condition, meaning that the product must not be used or damaged, unless there is a manufacture defect.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

In case the item is damaged during return shipping, we will not accept the return and you will need to file a complaint with the carrier.

We do not refund shipping costs, credit cards fees nor customs duty fees.


In order to return your item, notify us by email at hello@adablackjackgoods.com within 15 days of receiving the package and let us know the reason for returning.

When you purchase an item at www.adablackjackgoods.com, Paypal will request your personal information, such as name, email and shipping address in order to process payment. Paypal will forward this information to Ada Blackjack so that we are able to fulfill our business responsibilities.

All personal information collected will be handled with utmost responsibility. Ada Blackjack will not supply your personal data to any 3rd party. If your personal data is invalid or inaccurate, please let us know so we can correct or delete it.

If you choose not to purchase any products in our site, we will not collect any personal information from you.
